We continue our exploration of Tort Law as we get into topics that enhance our understanding of negligence like professional malpractice (doctors and lawyers), product liability, and public and private nuisance laws. After finishing this class, a student will have a deeper understanding of how actual law is practiced, and the student will be a much better thinker after having to prove and understand the concepts in tort law.
